Christmas 2021: When I think back to a year ago, I clearly remember the feeling of uncertainty and insecurity about the future. Christmas was nice, as a family, but in front of me lay an unpredictable year that no one knew what to expect. The whole Tekno Point team faced it with courage, just like you did, and we stood side by side overcoming every difficulty.

For us, collaborating with you is important, it has allowed us to grow and improve: this is the best Christmas present we could dream of.

This is the best Christmas present we could have dreamed of. So we thought of a way to be close to you and your loved ones during the festive season that ends a year of commitment and victories over uncertainty. We have made you a small present that has great value for us because we know that you will bring our gift to the most important place in your life, your home. We are happy to enter your kitchen, the "heart" of the family, because it is there where you discuss things, where ideas are born and where you plan your future.

Dried tomatoes in olive oil

Ingredients:

150 gr dried tomatoes
extra virgin olive oil
1 garlic clove
150 ml water
150 ml white vinegar
1 0.5 litre glass jar

Boil water and vinegar in a large pot, and when the solution comes to the boil, soak the cherry tomatoes for about 3-4 minutes,
soak the tomatoes for about 3-4 minutes, then drain well and place on a clean cloth to dry for about 2 hours.

Place the dried tomatoes in the previously sterilised jars, inserting the garlic between the layers.
Fill with plenty of evo oil, creating an insulating layer covering up to 1 cm from the rim.
Try to eliminate any air bubbles by crushing the contents with a teaspoon.
Enjoy your tasty snack immediately or keep it in the fridge!
