Comfort in three rooms, without taking up space on the terrace

In Lübeck, Germany, a private home was air-conditioned using a Tekno Point IDRA Trial system, an air-to-water solution capable of supplying three wall-mounted indoor units without requiring the installation of a traditional outdoor unit.

Although the property has a terrace, the owners chose to preserve its space and appearance completely, avoiding the use of any part of it for HVAC equipment. The condensing unit was therefore installed indoors, in a technical compartment created above the laundry area and subsequently concealed behind a custom-made panel. A discreet solution that integrates the technology into the architecture while keeping the outdoor space completely free.

The Trial configuration allows comfort to be distributed across three different rooms, using independent indoor units that can be individually adjusted according to the different needs of the home.
