An invisible climatisation system with Elfo Multisplit units
In a prestigious duplex intended as a private residence, the client was unable to adopt an efficient summer and winter air-conditioning solution, as the building was listed.
Unable to adopt traditional air-conditioning systems, the solution was to turn to a company specialising in air-conditioning systems without external units, which did not compromise on living comfort.
Our French agent, Patrick Sarfati, therefore sponsored our company DGB Clim, which successfully solved the problems posed by the customer.
Technical detail
Perfect living comfort was guaranteed by the installation of two 24,000 Btu Elfo Trial split air condensing models, combined with three console indoor units.
The heat exchange, necessary for the correct operation of the condensing units, was realised by means of ducting with a vertical outlet through chimneys. The under roof was used as a technical room in which the two units were positioned.
Both the client and the installer were pleasantly impressed by the system's performance, ease of installation and quiet operation.
